What to know before you book.
How do I book?
Use BBB’s BBB Booking link to choose a service and view live availability.
Is a deposit required?
A R100 deposit is required. Without the deposit, the appointment is not secured.
How much notice is required to cancel or reschedule?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours beforehand. Late changes or cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Do I need to mention soak-off or removal?
Yes. Soak-off or removal requires additional appointment time and should be mentioned when booking.
What happens if I am late?
At 15-20 minutes late, the service may need to be simplified and an R80 late fee may apply. At 25 minutes or more, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Can I book outside normal operating hours?
Yes, where available. Appointments outside normal operating hours attract an additional R120 charge.
Can I bring children?
No babies, toddlers or children under eight.
Does BBB do group call-outs?
Group call-outs require a 50% deposit plus any applicable additional costs.
Are walk-ins accepted?
Appointments are preferred so BBB can reserve dedicated time for each client. Check BBB Booking for live availability.
